The Business Development Associate will play a critical role in the development and growth of Strive’s dialysis business. This individual will work with the dialysis BD team to identify leads and cultivate relationships with potential partners (e.g. nephrologists, nursing homes, health systems), take on increasing responsibility for deal execution, and lead internal BD initiative. This person will be the prospective partner’s first point of contact with Strive and will need to be able to understand market dynamics and articulate Strive’s value proposition.

• Independently source leads across a variety of markets and partners
• Manage an active pipeline in multiple target markets
• Work across verticals (e.g. Provider Solutions, New Markets) to effectively communicate Strive’s vision and offerings to the market
• Identify appropriate solutions for prospective and current partners
• Lead initial conversations with prospective partners and play a critical role in relationship management and deal execution
• Establish strong, trusting relationships with providers and partner

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years business development experience, within a startup or provider environment
• 2 years experience working with and selling to physicians, health systems, and/or nursing homes
• 1 year experience making cold calls and emails to prospective partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder priorities and organize around a common goal
• Working knowledge of value-based healthcare contracting is a plus
• Ability to travel as required

Salary - $60,000 - $85,000
