The Strategic Finance Manager is responsible for financial and operational modelling, strategic growth analysis, and G&A expense management. Additionally, this role will play an integral role in the valuation and due diligence of acquisition opportunities.

• Act as the finance manager for dialysis program category within Strive Health
• Lead annual budgeting process across the supported businesses
• Develop and lead strategic analyses to drive growth and profitability across the division
• Create valuation models and pro forma projections for acquisition and joint ventures
• Lead financial due diligence workstreams for acquisitions
• Develop detailed financial projections for new dialysis facilities
• Partner with business development, legal, real estate, and other teams to manage execution of growth plans (including build-out and launch of new clinics)
• Prepare detailed analyses and make recommendations to manage ongoing performance
• Identify, validate and launch innovative methods to enhance operational efficiency
• Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Other strategic, operational, financial or special projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 3 years minimum in strategy or corporate finance roles such as consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development (M&A)
• 3 years experience with quantitative modeling and analytical methods, such as operations analytics, financial forecasting, valuation analyses, etc.
• 3 years project management experience
• 3 years experience with financial statements, the relationships among them and the underlying business operations they represent
• 3 years experience with quantitative modeling and analytical methods, such as operations analytics, financial forecasting, valuation analyses, etc.

Preferred Qualifications           

• Master’s of Business Administration
• Assume ownership and accountability for projects, including the timely delivery of analyses and the quality of the final work product
• Stretch "up" and "down" in responsibilities as needed
• Superior communication skills (successful track record of presenting to executive leadership preferred)
• Advanced in MS Powerpoint and Excel; advanced financial modeling skills
• Experience working for or with healthcare companies
• MS Access or SQL experience

Salary: $70,000 - $130,000
