Essential Functions

We are seeking a Growth Project manager who has strong attention to detail, creative problem solving skills, and can effectively communicate across multiple business lanes.   The Growth Project Manager will be accountable for leading and managing dialysis related projects from concept to reality.  This individual will gather key business requirements from various stakeholders, map out external and internal resource allocations in order to develop and drive the plan to completion in a timely manner.

  • Prepare and present summaries/findings during project diligence to support decision making
  • Develop plans and goals related to delivering dialysis assets within aggressive timelines and effectively communicate those timelines, risks and opportunities to various leadership levels of the Strive Health organization
  • Drive completion of tasks necessary in support of the project plan
  • Work with local brokers, real estate agents, construction vendors as part of physical plant planning
  • Serve as point of contact and relationship owner throughout project build to local GC, Architect, and others
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Generate and develop Strive’s playbook for Dialysis GTM from lease execution through certificate of occupancy
  • Support building out Strive’s facility maintenance program post clinic go-live (maintenance, repair, etc).

Qualifications

  • Previous project management experience
  • Construction project management experience preferred; dialysis builds preferred
  • Experience working within matrixed work environments
  • Ability to travel
  • Effective troubleshooting skills

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $85,000

 

Strive Health offers competitive compensation and benefits.  An annual performance bonus, determined by company and individual performance, is available for many roles and aligned to Strive Health guidelines.
