Our Chief of Staff will act as an extension of our Chief Medical Officer (CMO). S/he will serve as a thought partner, deliver and guide cross-functional communications, provide innovative solutions and aid in the growth of our business.


Essential Functions

  • Facilitate and or monitor strategic cross-collaborative initiatives
  • Act as the executive’s proxy at meetings and/or gate keeper of and the executive’s time
  • Manage communications with key stakeholders, externally and internally
  • Ensure consistent, clear, and concise communication from the CMOs office
  • Administer processes and optimize operational effectiveness
  • Bring teams together to achieve a common goal
  • Serve as a liaison between the care model team and the technology, business, and operations teams
  • Act as an advisor leveraging the chief medical officer ‘s healthcare leadership experience
  • Serve as a partner to the CMO, providing guidance and counsel on the key topics with a willingness and ability to provide both ideas and solutions and their sound execution
  • Serve as a thought partner to the chief medical officer
  • Aid and assist in assessing operational risks as well as growth opportunities and identify ways to mitigate/capitalize as appropriate
  • Support the Office of the CMO to scale the business
  • Manage priorities and the strategic goals of the CMO
  • Be a liaison between the office of the CMO and the rest of the company and stay informed of market trends


  • 5 - 7 years’ experience in a healthcare, leadership capacity
  • Experience scaling a business/department
  • Experience supporting executives, facilitating and monitoring strategic initiatives
  • Comfortable acting as a proxy to the CMO
  • Experience managing communications with key stake holders
  • Comfort with ambiguity, agility and changing priorities

Compensation Range: $165,000 - $185,000 + Bonus


Strive Health offers competitive compensation and benefits.  An annual performance bonus, determined by company and individual performance, is available for many roles and aligned to Strive Health guidelines
