The Legal Operations Manager will provide day-to-day support to the business by supporting general legal administration, enterprise contracting, project management and support, and other special projects.

• General legal department administration, which includes supporting the insurance portfolio and related documentation
• Manage enterprise contracting processes and functions, including but not limited to:
  • Using standardized templates
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Facilitating execution in a fast-paced environment
• Engage in project management and support related to a variety of strategic priorities
• Support special projects as assigned, such as the selection, deployment, and maintenance of a contract management platform
• Perform multistate research on key regulatory issues

Minimum Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent professional experience
• 3 to 10 years’ experience working in a corporate setting performing similar functions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
• Ability to function both independently and as a part of a team

Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000 per year
