We are seeking a BD Manager who can support provider conversations. The BD Manager will be support the development and growth of several Strive provider markets. This individual will contribute to growing our offerings through outreach, content creation and marketing/lead generation. This person will be the prospective customer’s main point of contact from initial conversation through contracting. S/he will be able to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and Strive’s portfolio to be able to offer custom solutions.

Essential Functions

  • Work with Solutions and marketing teams to effectively communicate Strive’s vision and offerings to the market
  • Develop customer analytics to support BD efforts
  • Create presentations, lead market intelligence gathering efforts, and provide analytical support to formulate pitch and proposed partnership structure for future customers
  • Identify appropriate solutions for prospective and current customers
  • Participate in business development meetings from initial conversation through contracting
  • Establish strong, trusting relationships with providers


  • 3+ years business development experience, within a startup or provider environment
  • Fluency in value- based contracting required
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder priorities and organize around a common goal
  • Ability to travel as required
