Founded in 2018, Strive Health is working to transform the kidney care industry by reinventing how chronic kidney disease patients are engaged and treated before they reach the need for dialysis. We cut inpatient utilization, increase the adoption of home dialysis, and significantly improve patient outcomes and experience. Leveraging comparative and predictive data and analytics to identify patients at risk, Striv3 Health’s interventions significantly reduce the rate of emergent dialysis crash with pre-ESRD care and education. Strive seeks to get CKD and ESRD patients the care they need, via a comprehensive clinical model utilizing clinician extenders to engage and treat patients along their care journey.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of a variety of type and level of positions, which are assigned based on business need. This could include entry-level positions to leadership positions that could be in any of our locations, business offices across the country and/or remote. You will also be required to support coordination and program-based efforts across the talent enterprise, ensuring our core team is as effective as possible. So, this role requires the ability to successfully thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with a positive attitude about tackling anything that comes your way as a Striver. Talent Acquisition Critical Competencies:
Compensation Range: $65,000 - $85,000 + Bonus
