Content Manager

The Content Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to establish Strive as a thought leader via key digital channels, including website, social media, patient-facing marketing and events. This person will partner with writers and designers to create thought leadership pieces, lead generation/campaign-focused content, and patient marketing brochures and website assets. S/he must be highly collaborative, goal-oriented and should have a tenacity to create both thought leadership and conversion-focused content. 

• Plan and manage design, content, and production of all marketing materials. 
• Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the organization’s brand, including white papers, website copy and more.  
• Start and maintain monthly newsletter 
• Coordinate announcement communications including emails, social posts  
• Stay informed of developments in the field of marketing and communication to foster ideas and innovation. 
• Partner with population health, dialysis and new markets teams to create and optimize patient-facing communications (brochures, postcards, etc.) 
• Coordinate design of marketing materials with designer 
• Manage and develop blogging strategy and all website content 
• Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets 
• Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met 
• Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence 

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience 
• 2-3 years of experience in producing content in the healthcare space (required)
• 5-8 years of experience in producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) 
• Data and results-driven, strong web background including knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics  

Preferred Qualifications

• Past experience building audiences either online or offline 
• Experience using Hubspot for email marketing 

Annual Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00
