Real Estate Manager

We are seeking a motivated individual who can support launching new markets via managing the real estate process from market survey through lease execution to lease administration. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining relationships with our 3rd party real estate brokers and construction management partner. This individual will negotiate RFP’s, LOI’s and leases on behalf of Strive Health in support of the CFO for dialysis clinic builds and Strive Health Care Centers. This position reports to the CFO but works closely with operational and business development leads to acquire real estate leases in markets for growth. This position requires some travel to evaluate viability of real estate for Strive intended use.

Essential Functions

  • Travel to potential future territories to meet local brokers and look at multiple properties.
  • Identify properties that fulfill the Strives standards and criteria.
  • Manage external real estate brokers + preferred construction firm through the initial site identification and survey process to lease execution
  • Provide Strive operational and business leads with informed opinions on best real estate site selection based on multiple competing interests in an organized and process driven fashion
  • Thoughtfully deploy preferred construction firm to evaluate base building + tenant improvement needs that will inform real estate site selection and de novo project model
  • Negotiate real estate terms in RFP, LOI and lease on behalf of Strive Health via 3rd party brokers
  • Develop and maintain an organized “deal-status” tracker of real estate progress for each clinic and key outstanding terms
  • Coordinates with various internal functional teams for input on necessary items (including, but not limited to Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Implementation, and HR)


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college/university
  • At least 7+ years Commercial Real Estate experience as a tenant representative (Dialysis tenant rep experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and drive teams to meet aggressive goals
  • Excellent research skills
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Very organized and able to meet deadlines


Annual Salary Range: $93,000- $104,000.00

Strive Health offers competitive compensation and benefits.  An annual performance bonus, determined by company and individual performance, is available for many roles and aligned to Strive Health guidelines.
