We are looking for a solution-oriented, self-motivated Payroll Manager to lead and support Strive’s fast-paced growth. Reporting to our VP Controller, this newly created position will play a key leadership role in scaling our payroll operations. You should be ready to be hands-on and to handle the legalities and logistics of multiple payroll locations while being able to find innovative solutions to complex challenges to the payroll function. The perfect candidate will thrive on making processes more efficient and scalable while ensuring the highest level of quality of our operations to both employees and hiring managers.
Annual Salary Range: $93,000.00 – $104,000.00
