They must have a practical mind to solve problems on the spot, partnered with an ability to see the big picture for growth and development opportunities and execute.  As the Enrollment Manager, you must also have excellent customer service and communication skills. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment, the Enrollment Manager will be a partner in strategy sessions, supporting the daily enrollment operations and work with our clinical and market teams to help ensure that enrollment goals are met and exceeded.    A best-in-class enrollment function will be critical to our ability to deliver on Strive’s mission. This person will work with the organization broadly to solve business problems and identify opportunities for growth as they come up. They will support business development by researching and preparing for customer meetings, project managing the BD process, and working on partnership design and execution. S/he will support corporate strategy initiatives as well, with a focus on growing the organization in innovative ways. S/he must be entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative. The Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager works alongside Strive nurse practitioners to coordinate and facilitate quality, cost-effective care while minimizing fragmentation of the healthcare delivery system for CKD and ESRD patients. Acts as resource for patients and their families, the local care team, and other healthcare professionals. Services to patients are generally provided telephonically but there may be programs where on-site visits to clinics, medical offices, hospitals or visits to patient homes are required.

The Data Engineer focuses on acquiring data from various sources that are found in a Health System’s ecosystem. Data Engineers become accustomed to both the technical and business details of the source systems and engage with multiple technologies on how to acquire the source data.
